What you can do on this page:
You may use this page to edit rights granted to a second-named registrant on the displayed security. Transact rights allow the second-named registrant to perform a partial or full transfer or sale and edit the maturity and/or interest payment destination of a security.
HELPFUL HINTS: If you grant Transact rights to a second-named registrant (grantee), you may be responsible for the tax liability, even if the grantee transfers the security or edits the maturity and/or interest payment destination(s).
Primary Actions
- Click "Submit" to go to ManageDirect > Assign
Rights for Marketables > Summary. You, as the grantor, will see
a message at the top of this page confirming View or Transact rights have
been changed. The grantee will be sent an
e-mail stating View or Transact rights were changed by you. - Click "Cancel" to go to (Sole Owner and Primary Owner registrations) ManageDirect > Assign Rights > Detail.
