What you can do on this page:
You may redeem all or part of your Payroll Zero-Percent C of I. You can reach this page from ManageDirect by clicking the Redeem securities link. Your payment destination must be selected from the list of financial institutions. The payment destination you select will be credited within one business day.
HELPFUL HINT: Redemption of your Payroll Zero-Percent C of I does not stop your payroll allotment. You must contact your employer to stop your payroll allotment.
Primary Actions
- Click the correct radio button to redeem either the full amount or a partial amount. If requesting a partial redemption, enter the amount you choose to redeem.
- Select a payment destination.
- Click "Submit" to go to the Redemption Review page.
- Click "Cancel" to return to your previous page.
